What is the minimum subscription period for food orders?

There is no minimum subscription period - you can order for any duration that suits you or choose a one-time purchase.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the country. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

How are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered by courier. Before delivery, you'll receive an SMS with a link where you can conveniently choose your preferred pickup time, edit the delivery address, or select the nearest parcel locker.

I still have regular dog food. What should I do?

No problem! We recommend transitioning to our products gradually, initially mixing them with regular food. This way, your dog's stomach will more easily adapt to the new ingredients.

Can I order a smaller quantity to try?

We don't have a special trial package, but you can order one package with a one-time purchase for testing.
